First Bluetooth Demo

The first sucessful bluetooth demo!

While controls still have to be paired with an actual exoskeleton for proper testing, the tests with an Arduino mini that outputs only one output were a success! The LED on the bluetooth module stopped blinking, signifying that the device was properly paired. Similarly, the character effectively moved left on the tablet.
